Reserve Requirements: 0%

Fractional Reserve Banking legally requires that banks only fraudulently loan out 90% of what they are supposed to hold on deposit for withdrawal on demand.[1] [2]

In a decision missed by the author, the Federal Reserve decided that banks can lend out all of the money that they are supposed to keep on deposit.

“As announced on March 15, 2020, the Board reduced reserve requirement ratios to zero percent effective March 26, 2020.  This action eliminated reserve requirements for all depository institutions.”[3]

Fraud is fraud, even if it is “legal.”
